Brandon Bartlett
Director of Business Development
With nearly two decades of experience in the athlete performance enhancement industry, Brandon Bartlett brings a unique athlete-first perspective to QB1 Advisors. As Director of Business Development, he leads the firm’s strategic growth with a focus on brand awareness, market influence, and high-trust client relationships.
Brandon has expanded his expertise by leveraging his skills in product and brand development, strategic forecasting, and market growth analysis to bring a sharp, results-driven edge to marketing execution and business planning. Over the last five years, he has had the privilege of working within the world of E-commerce, Life Insurance , and business management consulting.
That entrepreneurial lens now fuels his approach at QB1, where he’s focused on scaling the firm’s reach while reinforcing its identity as a trusted, athlete-focused wealth partner. Backed by a background in sports performance training, Brandon understands the mindset of elite athletes—and brings that same discipline and drive to QB1’s business development game plan.
Brandon was raised in Spring, Texas, where he played baseball and football throughout high school and competed in collegiate powerlifting at Sam Houston State University. While earning his degree, he discovered his passion for helping people achieve their health and fitness goals.
In the years that followed, Brandon obtained his Level I Biomechanics Certification from the National Pitching Association, his Level 1 CrossFit Coach Certification, and several strength and conditioning accreditations focused on athletes. As a result, he gained valuable connections and experience that enabled him to work with athletes of various ages, skill levels, and competitive backgrounds. During this period, he developed his 'True North'—a strong commitment to education, a passion for mentoring, and an enthusiasm for inspiring others to reach their full potential. In his free time, Brandon enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife and two children.
